EXPOSED 2026

The third edition of the Festival comes to a close

On 2 June 2026, the third edition of EXPOSED Turin Photo Festival came to a close, having transformed the city into a vast space dedicated to photography over the course of 55 days.

Curated by CAMERA and directed by Walter Guadagnini, the Festival brought together some twenty Italian and international photographers – including Paola Agosti, Ralph Gibson, Diana Markosian and Paolo Ventura – around the theme Laid Bare, an invitation to look beyond appearances and reflect on identity, the body and representation.

The programme was packed: 18 indoor and outdoor exhibitions, installations, special projects, urban walks and nearly 30 events including talks and screenings. A mix that brought together big names and new generations, institutions and independent spaces, personal research and the public sphere.

The public response confirmed the Festival’s growth: over 12,600 passes downloaded (+50% compared to 2025) and around 107,000 visitors to the exhibition venues, plus the thousands of people who encountered the exhibitions scattered throughout the urban space. There was also significant growth online, with Instagram reaching nearly 19,000 followers.

EXPOSED confirms and reinforces Turin’s role as a city of photography, with an increasingly open and international outlook.

The fourth edition will take place from 15 April to 6 June 2027!
