The invisible land. Mexico in the photographs of Yael Martinez

On the occasion of the exhibition Tina Modotti. Works, on Thursday, 14 November at 6.30pm, we will meet Mexican photographer Yael Martínez (Winner of the National Geographic Society’s Wayfinder Award and a member of Magnum Photos), in dialogue with Walter Guadagnini.
In his work, Martínez documents the lives of people in contexts of violence and marginalization in the southern Mexican state of Guerrero, exploring the connections between poverty and organized crime and offering an intimate and profound look at these invisible communities.
