The many lives of Lee Miller
Thursday at CAMERA | 20 November 2025, 6.30pm
On Thursday, November 20, at 6:30 pm, the talk The Many Lives of Lee Miller will be a unique opportunity to discover the exhibition dedicated to Lee Miller – photographer, model, and war correspondent- who redefined the female gaze in the 20th century.
Curator Walter Guadagnini will guide the audience on a journey through the American artist’s most iconic images, revealing the background to her works and the curatorial approach that unites them.
From 1920s New York to a Europe devastated by conflict, Lee Miller emerges as a free, ironic, and courageous voice.
The talk will also offer a behind-the-scenes look at the exhibition, including anecdotes, exhibition choices, and reflections on the role of photography in documenting history and identity.
An open dialogue for those who love photography, art, and stories that can change the way we look at the world.
With the participation of:
