From 14 December 2024 to 23 March 2025 the city of Perugia will host at Palazzo della Penna – Centre for Contemporary Arts the Dorothea Lange exhibition organised by the Municipality of Perugia in collaboration with CAMERA and with the manager of services for the public and enhancement activities of the municipal museum circuit, Le Macchine Celibi soc. Coop.

Curated by Walter Guadagnini and Monica Poggi, the exhibition consists of over 130 shots that recount ten fundamental years of work in the career of this extraordinary author. The exhibition focuses on the 1930s and 1940s, a period in which she documented the epoch-making events that changed the economic and social structure of the United States.
